Shuhari Karate Association was founded in 2012, it is an independent martal arts organisation whos aim is to improve health, well being, spirit & fitness of all students

Modern training methods

Many years of experiance, we incorporate a holistic approach to training our students; incorprating carefully curated callenetics, yoga and breathing techniques.
